Ricotta Cheese Recipe Ingredients 1 1/2 quart of Maple View Farms whole milk 1 pint of Maple View Farms heavy cream 3 tablespoon of white vinegar 1 teaspoon of salt Directions 1. Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan. 2. Place on moderate heat and bring to a boil. 3. Strain mixture through a cheesecloth lined chinois or mesh strainer to separate curds from whey. 4. Discard whey and use cheese for desired recipe or spread warm cheese on crostini and finish with extra virgin oil. You can pick up all the ingredients you need here in the EPC!
