Riding around on the land on this very windy afternoon, doing some tractor thinking. Thinking of the lady who just yesterday bought the grocery item i discovered in my basket after i paid. She told me she was supposed to buy it for me. Like Hollas Hoffman, I believe ministry is just a part of the interruptions in your life. It is the opportunity to meet someones needs when that opportunity presents itself. I worked the Neuro floor and had an older man with a stroke. He was completely flaccid on his right side. His daughter ask me to come down to his room and sing some songs to him. When I finished that man raised his right arm and said Praise The Lord. It was not my singing but my willingness to be present in a moment of ministry that I got to witness such a wonder. Be available for those moments. When you cast your bread upon the water, it will sink down into the mire and after many days it will come back in a harvest that comes in on every wave. Ecclesiastes 11:1-6
