Right now since the first hard rains power has been off everyday. Call centre they say ah but I dont know. Why have a call centre if you dont know. Call the control room where they control the power from they are all a bunch of arrogant rude people that work there. Today I called and they tell me even the managing director of zesco is off. I dont live with the managing director or zesco I live on at my house. Then they say that the ME understands why there is no power but you, how dont understand ( its just as saying that I am stupid). I wish I knew where in Lusaka West the MD for zesco lives so I can move in with him. Then the people at zesco can also pity me. We the public pay zesco for a reason and to have power. We are the ones who pay your salaries all we ask for is service, electricity and to be spoken to with respect. Remember to earn respect is to give respect.
