Right, [rant mode on] Doe any one out there use HARRATTS Renault on Denny dale road. If so, DONT! They are the worst garage in the world Fact took my car for service and health check and thought Id take advantage of discounted MOT, amazingly they found something wrong with the car and failed the MOT and wanted to charge me £200 to sort it, this fault was first reported to them in 2010 when I tried to have it fixed under the warranty before it ran out at the end of August, they wouldnt fix it, however for the following 3 years it has passed the MOT with this fault and the examiner not even mentioned it, now I cant take it to another garage for the MOT without the problem fixed and hey wanted to charge me £130 for the part plus labour, well up yours HARRATTS Ive got a brand new genuine Renault part for £75 and will fit it myself (or get my man to do it eh Kelvin ) and they can take their garage and shuv it where the sun dunt shine [/rant mode off] Seriously dont use HARRATS Renault on Denny dale road they are bumholes :-)
