Right then, so they have a quiz machine Pints make prizes, spot the difference etc etc, bear in mind a lot of these games are aimed at kids, so we are playing the machine when we are told kids are not allowed on the machine, ok, we have been going there for months and always play on the machine. I voice this and get told very rudely that the kids are not allowed near the machine, so i strategically place the kids and still get told that is not good enough. I loose it a little, no swearing but getting angry at this point so slam my pint (unfinished ;-( ) on the bar a tell them we are leaving. On that note i go to get Clare and then ask the deputy manager for a regional managers name and number so I can take the matter further, she gives me the number then tells us we are not welcome in there anymore, wtf, I WILL take this further though not happy, totally embarrassed in front of my kids and other customers, disgusting OSW !
