Righteousness is different from right living... Righteousness is a gift, and right living stems from the gift of righteousness... Righteousness is a pre-requisite to Salvation, whereas right living is not. It therefore depicts that for one to qualify for salvation, he/she has to have the gift of righteousness of God( who is Jesus Christ), and not just living right... Now, christianity which is a WAY OF LIFE (NOT RELIGION), teaches Righteousness... On the contrary, RELIGION teaches Right Living such as kindness, behaving well, giving arms, respectfulness, obedient, to mention is endless... One must have the gift of righteousness, thus, Jesus Christ, to be able to truely live right. Well, may be u are living right in some way, but i am sorry to tell u that that is not the way to gain salvation... U think u dnt lie, u dnt commit aldutery, fornicate, steal. Well, gud job than, but i must say that its not the way to buy SALVATION, rather accepting Christ as your Lord and personal saviour is the only way. Then He would help u live a genuin right living
