Rise and Shine............ I have been waiting for this day for 15 years. What day is it? And why the 15 years? First the day. Today my daughter arrives and not since 1.999 has she laid eyes on me nor I her. She was a wee tight then just 4 years old . Without going into any details as to how such a travesty of disenfranchisement and paternal alienation came about the shortest possible answer is, on September 11 of all dates of the year I walked into Federal Court in Charlotte NC and took the whole family court and all 8 District Court Judges with me as defendants in a Class Action law suit. Judges dont respect you unless you sue them. I had given the local NBC and CBS news affiliates in the area a heads up on my intended actions the day before and found an NBC news crew there in 1997 on the Court House Steps ready to ask me, What do you plan to accomplish with this lawsuit?, after first they announced who I was and who were my defendants then panned to me ( oh, I bet the Judges were really not happy about that!) , and I replied; I hope to show that Family courts in America are toxic to children, they fracture families and as a matter of routine disenfranchise Fathers. All they had to have done was allow me to watch my two toddler daughters in lieu of day care ( instead of day care) for I had my own business and could adjust my hours. I petitioned for this, was denied and got my pissed off on. Simply. This is a very intensely dramatic day.......as one could imagine and will both of us ever be surprised.
