Rita Rozankovic cookinig up a feast. I have been playing sous chef all morning. Waiting for the family. Hope they are hungry. Here is the menu at 3 p.m. Starting with hurricane drinks served in mason jars 430 dinner commences with pancetta and leek soup with puff pastry caps Individual servings of canelloni with meat stuffing Short ribs and garlic mashed potatoes with green beans sauteed with panchetta Grilled lamb chops on spinach risotto and honey glazed carrots Salad.. choice of blue cheese Ceasar or oil and vinegar For dessert ...lemon or orange sorbet sitting on the ciroc vodka For midnight snack we are having grilled cheese burger sliders . Steak on a bun and grilled lamb kebabs . HINT...dont wear a belt. LOL. HAPPY NEW YEAR TO EVERYONE!!!!!!
