Riverkeeper has responded and we paste their response here: Thanks for contacting Riverkeeper. It’s not clear yet what we can do about this discharge. This afternoon, we collected all the email messages we’ve received on this issue, and put them into an email to EPA public affairs, asking them to directly follow up with members of the community to address their concerns.
