Rob Ford, mayor of Toronto in speech right now ...I feel like a thousand pounds has been lifted off my shoulders...I feel like I have nothing more to hide...But the past is the past and we must move forward... His use of the word but completely negates (in psychological terms) what he has previously said. And that 1000 lbs off his shoulders? Nope, theyre all over his body. Seriously? This dude wants to keep his nice, cushy, nothing much to-do job vs getting a real one. He refuses to resign, answer questions and the laughter at the end of his apology spoke much louder than his hollow words.
