Rob Nabors, deputy White House chief of staff, arrived at the VA facility on Vine Street today driving a rental car, reports FOX19s Lisa Hutson. CINCINNATI (AP) - A top White House aide conducting a review of the embattled Veterans Affairs Department is visiting the Cincinnati VA hospital. Rob Nabors, President Barack Obamas deputy chief of staff, arrived at the Cincinnati hospital Thursday afternoon and walked inside without answering reporters questions.
