Rob Truck-Camion Jones Im retracting my answer about The Kobe comments, after listening to the entire interview I like his response cuz its the point Ive made on my radio and tv show before.. Its shouldnt have been about color it shouldve been about justice not saying it wasnt. But blacks tend to lean on the White v Black thing instead of pure Justice. Blacks do come to certain defenses of people cuz their black. But Ill add on MY behalf we glorify black on black crime everyday. We worship people who tear down the black community. But we get up in arms about when a black person is killed by a white. Right?... But ask our black community to tell you when the civil rights movement started or how long was Mandela in prison, or who was the first black astronaut... Most cant, but its easy to join in on the Pro Black cause when its on the news and its about white v Black. But ask blacks who their fav rapper is...Jay-Z, but he built his empire off selling crack to our community and glorifies it and thats ok? With sports figures we love to point out the ones that fit our Motto or imagine of what we call Real Ni***s right. Kobe was hated before he even got his career going because he didnt fit the Black Mold of what we want our athletes to look like and be... Everyone loved Tyson but hated Holyfield, everyone loved Iverson but hated Kobe, we love Jay Z, but wont buy Commons album... Public Enemy are seen as dinosaurs along with guys like KRS-One. And then we as blacks look for something to push blacks out the door.. Is he married to a non black woman, does he speak too proper so it sounds white. Sorry so long.... Just my humble opinion..... Your thoughts Sir
