But it serves as an example of how depression can strike everyone... And how everyone can be affected.. Some stronger than others, almost always hidden from public view like a dirty secret. Even when people reach out to you your first indict is to pretend everything is ok. I personally intend to use this tragedy as a reminder to take stock of what is good in my life...
