Robyn Ess gave me 18. So now I will list 18 facts about myself. Like this status and I will give you a number so you can do the same thing. 1. I have 6 tattoos so far, 3 of which are music related. 2. I love animals and will always have pets. Currently I have 2 cats, a dog, a ball python, 2 bearded dragons, 3 hermit crabs and a fish. 3. I make voices for my pets and even have my husband and kids doing it too. When the kids arent around, the pets have potty mouths lol! 4. I dont believe in organized religion. I believe in spirituality, and I identify most with Wicca, but I see the God and Goddess as male and female energy, rather than as deities to be worshipped. I agree with a lot of things Athiests say too, so I guess I am sort of in between at the moment. 5. I have 2 beautiful sons, Logan (age 11) and Sawyer (age 6). 6. I met my husband, Bill Anderson, when we worked together in a dorm cafeteria at Purdue. 7. I have a Bachelors degree from Purdue, and an Associates Degree from Ball State. 8. I love chocolate and must have some form of it daily. 9. I cant keep plants alive for much more than a week. 10. I loathe and despise any form of running. 11. I love making people laugh and am always thinking of new ways to be funny. 12. I am a writer - unpublished as of now but I am working on that. Writing is an escape, its a world I can control, its therapeutic, it allows me to be creative, and I am passionate about it. I would love to merge writing with my love for music (which I am doing with a fictional erotic trilogy I am working on, that takes place in the rock world), but it would be awesome to write a biography about one of my favorite musicians, or write concert or album reviews, or interview bands and write articles - you get the idea. 13. I have always marched to the beat of my own drum, which makes me the odd one out in some situations (even among my own family), but I would rather be myself than try to be normal - whatever that means. 14. Music means everything to me. I cannot fathom living in a world without it. I quote lyrics like some people quote the bible. Music rejuvenates my soul and soothes me, and going to concerts is my favorite thing to do. (Its really not surprising that Im always crushing on musicians.) Bill and I want to start sharing the concert experience with the boys (Logan is ready - Sawyer is still a bit too young). 15. I believe marijuana should be legal. 16. I support marriage equality. 17. I love social media. Because of the internet, I have made so many friends (several of whom I have had the pleasure to meet in person), I have gotten back in contact with several old friends I lost touch with over the years, and it makes musicians (and celebs in general) more accessible to fans. Nothing makes my day like seeing a message pop up that says, Corey Taylor replied to your tweet. Yes, Im a fangirl and always will be. ;) 18. I worry about my parents and step-parents, as they are getting older and have had some pretty major health issues.
