Consideration of a request to approve a block party on Griggs Street on September 14, 2013. C. Consideration of a request to approve a contract for painting of the Department of Public Works buildings. The award is to the low bidder and within budget for this service. D. Consideration of a request from MDOT for the City to adopt a Title VI Non-Discrimination Plan as a requirement for the City to receive pass through funding. E. Consideration of a request from the DDA to approve Sidewalk Sales on July 11, 2013. F. Consideration of a request to approve a block party on Taylor Street on July 13, 2013. City Council Agenda G. Consideration of a request to award the 2013 sidewalk repair program. The award is an extension of a current City contract and within budget for this project. H. Consideration of a Resolution regarding the Bicentennial Committee.
