Its Foam Roller Friday #FRF woo! #1 Place the edge of the roller at your hip joint. #2 Use your forearms to support your body. #3 Roll a 1/3 of the way down your quad then back up to your hip. #4 Roll 2/3 of the way down you quad then back up to your hip. #5 Roll all the way to the top of your knee. #6 Target sore spots and concentrate on that area for 20 seconds or so.
