Rolling out the Goals for 2015 😀 Jennifer Coggins-Kraus Janurary 1st, 2015 I Am an Individual Leadership TEAM LEAD Goals and Bench Mark Setting - Project USA 1.) Take assigned projects from original concept through final implementation. 2.) Create and maintain project schedules and manage scope. 3.) Estimate time requirements and establish deadlines. 4.) Manage team member assignments including coordination with other departments to ensure the availability of the team member. 5.) Risk mitigation and management including communication and alignment with key stakeholders. 6.) Facilitate project meetings with team to review deliverables and deadlines as well as management to review the status of the project. 7.) Develop and present effective management reports. 8.) Business Analysis, Reporting and QA. 9.) Serve as a liaison and participate in defining technology solutions to solve complex, multi-department business problems with long-term implications. 10.) Analyze activities and trends against standards and best practices; Present findings to stakeholders to define and implement strategies to address tactical and strategic goals. 11.) Conduct compatibility tests of vendor-developed applications as needed. 12.) Assist in user acceptance validation and/or end user training as needed. 13.) Responsible for the overall success of testing, including results verification and end user acceptance. 14.) Coordinate efforts of business personnel to test, evaluate and validate new or enhanced functions and applications. 15.) Consolidate testing results, fully document item, and assign and manage tasks to obtain final user acceptance testing. 16.) Practice my Pitch Daily until what I want happens. :) 17.)
