Romans:1:28: And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; rep·ro·bate (rpr-bt). verse 28 above you find this word below is the definition 1. A morally unprincipled person. (n) 2. One who is predestined to damnation. adj. 1. Morally unprincipled; shameless. 2. Rejected by God and without hope of salvation.
