Ron and I went for such a beautiful ride on the boys today after 3 weeks of no riding and despite the man paddling in his kayak, fast trucks, stopping at the servo for a drink, Hamishs first intro to the beach and the biggest puddle hes ever seen and hanging around the skatepark while having a pat on the leg by a toddler who reached the hight of his knees.... they were AWESOME 😄😄😄 THIS IS MY SPARK, this is my medicine 💜 I love my life 😄
