Ronald Reagan said the Mormon welfare program was the best hed ever seen--its too bad he couldnt find a way to run the nations program this way. This video--not made by Mormons--explains how it works. (There is Mitt Romney stuff at the end, but until then, its about the welfare program.) Our program is different--but it works and the goal is to help people survive and feel safe while they gain what they need to become independent again.
