Ros has had a stable day today with the nurses deciding to give her a bit of a rest today after yesterdays strenuous efforts. Ros still had a few hours off the ventilator and was breathing for herself again but it was decided not to over exert her with the speech valve today. When Ros was awake she seemed more alert than yesterday and was certainly trying to mouth more words today. Took Nicola back to Luton airport this morning as she had to get back for the children who I know have been missing their mum, but Lisa is staying for a few more days to look after her dad.
