Round 4 of Time to Change fund opens on 17 July 2013 They are looking for applications from organisations or partnerships which have good links to their communities, working with people with mental health problems. 25% of the fund is for projects run by and for people from Black and Minority Ethnic communities, with a specific focus on African Caribbean communities 20% is for projects that work with an audience of children and young people. Deadline for applications 18 September and all projects must be completed by March 2015.
