Roy Hodgson believes the location of Englands 2014 World Cup group games, rather than the opponents, will prove the biggest factor in whether or not they progress in the World Cup.The England manager will learn when and where Englands group stage matches will be played when the draw takes place on Friday in Salvador, Brazil.Unseeded England are already guaranteed to face one of the teams in the top pot of seeds which includes Brazil, Spain, Germany and Argentina.Hodgson told Sky Sports News: We will go to Brazil believing that whatever group we get we are capable of getting out of it.We are in the right place as a hub, we were one or two of the teams that could choose our base in Rio which we thought was very good. It will depend on where we are drawn but for most circumstances Rio is pretty good. Already sounds like excuses whats your views?? Chris
