Rule of Law: The Right to Equality : Africa currently has an average of 63 yrs old as Presidents always thinking of past liberation. If we believe in Freedom, Uganda needs new younger Leaders to think for the future based on good governance. The young are the majority and can change Uganda. The young should come out and join politics to become future leaders to carry Uganda forward. Democracy at its best in East Africa is in TZ where Hon January Makamba is an MP and Deputy Minister, mentored by th3 current President, yet he is campaigning for Presidency angainst his boss and party leader without him being sacked from his job.
