Rules and Regulation. The Clan and its Entity. -The member must known the name of the Clan, INVICTUS. -The clan was founded on September 19, 2011. -This clan was created by Boss Van Ciren. Article 1. The Officers -The founder has the sole authority to appoint and to terminate officers from their obligation unless he has granted the rights to an Officer. He is also have the full permissions on the clan. -Officers must know what responsibilities they have. -Officers must fair to everyone. No Favoritism. Article 2. Proper Gm Taging. MEMBERS ARE REQUIRED TO IDENTIFY THEMSELVES THROUGH APPROPRIATE TAGGING. Proper GM Tagging [ in order / any design ] INVICTUS codename + Partner (if Available) Rank (Newbie will be your first rank.) GM # (optional) Article 3. Rank List. Soon to be Post. Article 4. Group Messaging -No extra promotion/plugging of other clan. -GM with no/invalid tag is not counted. -No profane, Foul words. -In case wherein a member cannot send GMs due to valid reasons, you could contact the officers. -No Leave Policy. You cannot leave without valid reason. -Less than 3 words in GM except tag is not valid. -words like Now Playing, Now Watching, On the Screen is not countable. Article 5. Obligation in the Clan. -All members of this clan shall respect. -All Members are required to send a minimum of 18 gms a week. -A member who fails to send a GM for 3 consecutive days will be give a warning. -All members are Responsible to complete their list. No selective GM. -All members dont have authorize to change their Codename. Changing Codename is available in Invictus Rewards. -All members must participate the textivity given by an Officer. * Text Quizes. * Hotseats. * Debates. * Quotes. * Trivias. * And many more. Article 6. GEB Rules -A member who fails to attend the GEB 3 time consecutively will be terminated. -A member requires to contribute exact amount. -Attendance is a must. Article 7. Quiting/Termination -No one are allowed to GM that they are quitting, text the officer if you have any problem within INVICTUS. Officer will be the one to give approval and validation to your request. One you GM it, your membership is automatically terminated. *Quiting without approval. (BAN FOREVER) Think Trice. *Quiting with approval. (30 days BAN) *Termination. (BAN depends on Violation) NOTE: STRICTLY IMPLEMENTED
