Run for The MANA House The first MANA House Run to benefit homeless women veterans will be held at Kiwanis Park in Tempe, AZ, on September 15, 2013 at 8:00 am. The mission of this charity 5K/10K run is to provide necessary proceeds The MANA House to continue supporting homeless women veterans in recognition of their honorable service to our country. In partnership with the VFW, all event proceeds are designated to a charity 501(c)3 account to afford maximum benefit this worthy cause. We are hoping to register 350 participants for our first event in 2013 and expect to receive media attention. This kind of forum is a great way to address the unmet needs of our community concerning homeless women veterans.
