Rushing to a state where med cannabis is legal? for med or other usage, be sure to check very, thick compilations of laws in some of those states. Which in Colorado some passed obviously are not in compliance with a state constitutional amendment on med cannabis. So as always check things from all angles, is there a 5 nanogram per liter thc law in some state you want to move to as you or a loved one needs med cannabis to live,,,,well better be prepared to drive them as that limit is so low you could..... (if tests were accurate and even blood tests and confirmations of those here are not accurate done by the state, I know that for a fact. Its true they are wrong at least some of the time)... fail a test hours or days after smoking. Science knows and shows that arbitrary limit is based on junk science but it got passed here. Now it took them a few tries but they got that law passed. Battles are won and lost over these issues daily here,,,,the war is going strong still though as far as I can tell. Ill quote a friend from 4? years ago. Hed just opened a dispensary in ft. collins, was so happy, cops and local authorities were supportive he said and it was the best thing ever in his and his families life. A month or two later, I saw him, crying, saying all of a sudden they turned on me (meaning the city and police) they are destroying my life and i see no way out.
