Russian President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday 13 August is to visit Azerbaijan on a working visit. According to the results of the upcoming talks with President Ilham Aliyev it is expected to sign five or six bilateral agreements, including in the areas of energy and transport.The Russian delegation includes : 1. Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov, 2. Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu, 3. Energy Minister Alexander Novak, 4. Emergency Situations Minister Vladimir Puchkov, 5. Transport Minister Maxim Sokolov, 6. Economic Development Minister Alexei Ulyukayev, 7. General Director of Rosoboronexport Anatoly Isaikin, 8. Head of the Russian delegation to the multilateral talks on the Caspian Sea Igor Bratchikov, 9. The head of Rosneft Igor Sechin, 10. Head of Lukoil Vaghit Alekperov.
