Russias occupation of crimea and its military threat to Ukraines sovereignty have suddenly challenged the commonly held assumption that the era of territorial annexation ended in 1991, when the worlds collective action reversed Iraqs attempt to swallow Kuwait. Recently Russian oligarchs investing in Europe, Chinas communist party aristocratic too have billions of dollars parked in offshore accounts which could be threatened if their government is so egregious as to provoke western sanctions. China and Russia both countries are becoming economically superpower by rooting into European and Asian countries. That makes the nation to claim other nations territories by influencing its economic insurgency to western countries.
