RwandAir to Launch New Juba Flights RwandAir Starting on September 21, the national carrier Rwandair will start a new regional flight to the South Sudan capital, Juba. The recently purchased new Bombadier aircraft will travel the route three times a week according to the airlines’ head of corporate communications, Robert Nsinga. This brings to thirteen the number of routes operated by the Rwandair, six of which are within the East African region. A ticket to Juba costs $350 (Frw 210,000). The scheduled days for flights are Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. Rwandair’s COO John Mirenge said that the introduction of the new route was brought about by the increased trade between the two countries and all operational hindrances that led to its delay have been resolved.
