Rwanda Defence Forces are recruiting and training Special Force which will enforce other Stand by forces as preparation to Fight UN Intervention Combat Brigade . Sources reaching Umuvugizi confirms that the Rwandan notorious intelligence has not only been using their funded media to make negative propaganda against presidents who contributed forces to the UN Intervention Combat Brigade like President Jakaya Kikwete and his Tanzanian Special forces which has for the last past few weeks showed willingness to intervene and ready to Combat President Kagame’s proxy rebel group M23 under the UN Security Council Umbrella . Ironically ,Umuvugizi has managed to establish from sources close to Rwanda’s notorious directorate of military intelligence that even though Rwanda Diplomatically styles it’s self as not part of the M23 rebels and ready to cooperate with UN Intervention Combat Brigade but that’s far from the reality ,given that our sources reveals that more than 300 high school livers were requested to attend a special military course immediately after the publication of their examination results . Those who had families within the ruling circles and party RPF were trusted and facilitated to get their high level result slip but those who had no background attached to the ruling party RPF ,their result slips were confiscated and promised that the Rwanda National Examination Council will provide their result slip and high school certificates immediately after passing out the special force course. The RDF recruited and trained Special Force made of young men and women which will be under control of M23 as Congolese with Congolese identifications and M23 badges , It’s set to be M23 intervention force most especially during moments when M23 is heavily shelled without supplies and enforcement from RDF . They are set to undergo Commando training which includes camouflage and tactical warfare including Guerrilla tactics in order to avoid detection of UN Unmanned Aerial Vehicle and Quadcopters. This training is set to take place with immediate effect given that Rwandan Defence Forces are in final touches of their recruitments so that they instruct all recruits to report at a training wing we hadn’t established due to the secrecy of the matter . It’s in this line that some of high school livers came to know that the training they had told them during the time of RDF recruitment is not a civil training as they thought ,which other Rwandan high school livers have been attending before joining different universities and higher institutions . After the linkage of information that Rwanda Defence Forces was instead intending to hijack them in order to fight as President Kagame’s mercenaries with directives of enforcing his proxy rebel group M23 which has continued terrorize innocent Congolese civilians simply because of his desire to satisfy his ego of becoming a dollar billionaire after plundering mineral resources of the war torn eastern DR Congo . Some of those recruited high school livers have decided to opt a desperate decision of fleeing the country to Uganda and neighbouring Burundi as the only way of dodging to fight bloody wars which have no national interests apart from shedding innocent blood of innocent Congolese in order to capture wider territory of DR Congo as a bridge for president Kagame’s intelligence organs to plunders for him DR Congo wealthy mineral resources on cost of innocent Rwandan soldiers who haven’t even benefited from his looted minerals apart from his few trusted RDF Generals , who he also dumps after being exposed .
