Ryan at The Attic could have avoided the bad publicity on social media if he just understood a couple of basic rules. 1) You dont allow a member of your staff to berate a customer for wanting to inform you of an improperly prepared meal. 2) You certainly dont try to use social media to harass me and my wife. He got more than he bargained for yesterday. Heres just the twitter exposure: 75,768 impressions So much for the old adage, A happy customer tells one friend, an unhappy customer tells 10. Make that 75,768 and counting!
