S.J. Astrology L. No. 27. ASHTA VARKA. Theory. Pasge 1 of 5 Ashta = Eight. Varka - Means. Counts. Those are 7 Planets named after week days + Lagna. According to a , set Formula , for each Planet and Lagna, the Counts are Placed as Bindus , say Dots in a Rasi Kattam. For this Purpose, copy Down Planets from Rasi Kundali On 9 sheets. Name them respectively, 1. Soorya Ashta Varka. 2. Chandra. 3. Sevva. 4. Budha. 5. Guru. 6. Sukra. 7. Sani. 8. Lagna Ashta Varka Chart. Ninth Chart is used for Copying down each of all 8 Chars and Striking the Total which will be Known as “ SARVA ASHTA VARHA BINDUS “. If you have Patience and Total Concentration, and Interest , may use only one Big Rasi Kattam with 10 Lines. On 1st Line of each Square Write the Name of the Planet from Rasi Chakra.. 2nd Line to 9th Line, 8 lines for each Planet Counts and the Last Line for Summing up Total . It is better to use Separate sheets and preserve the them Life long to Study and ascertain the Benefits or Negative aspects, influenced by Various Planets. One need to preserve only 8 Sheets. Of course, Only the 8th Chart. ( S.A.V.C ) is referrered to every Time, whenever, Gochara, i.e Planetary movement of Guru and Sani takes Place. Movements of other Planets need not be taken into account for reasons explained in earlier Lessons . How to Place Bindus. Eg :- Soorya Ashta Varka 48 Bindu- Bindis –Counts- Paralkal . All the Same. Use Soorya Ashta Varka Chart. Trace where the Sun is, i.e which Rasi. Count from that Rasi occupied by Surya . Place the first Dot in the Rasi , 2nd in 2nd house to Soorya, 3rd in 4th House of Soorya 4th in 7th House to Soorya, 5th in 8th House to Soorya 6th in 9th House, 7th in 10th House and 8th Bindu in 11th House to Soorya. Thus in Soorya Astha Varka Chart Total Bindus from Sun are 8. Like wise Count from Moon and place Dots on 3rd, 6th, 10th and 11th house from Moon Total 4 Dots , using Moon as starting Point. . Repeat this for Mars- 8 Bindus. Budha 7 Bindus Guru 4, Sukra 3 . Sani 8 and Lagna 6 Bindus. Total of all 8 Counts should sumup to 48. Check thoroughly, do not place Bindus in Wrong Rasi. You Need to be Very Cautious. THIS PROCEDURE IS EXPLAINED FOR KNOWLEDGE. This is a Laborious Job. You may understand and make use of Astrological Software- ****Formula is given in Chart form below ( JPEG Image )****. How to Understand/ Analyze . SAVC Will show Counts in each of all 12 Rasis. The Total is 337. If you divide this by 12. Average is 28. Therefore, any Bhava Result is Normal if it has 25 to 28 Counts, or say 10 Percent Variation . If it is on the MINUS ( Lesser ) Side, it means that Particular Bhava is Weak and with your Knowledge and experience, you can Predict Negative aspects / Problems of that Bhava Result. On the Contrary, if the Counts are on the Higher side. You may anticipate / Predict, Favourable Results of that Bhava . It is Common Sense that Higher Counts in 12th / Viraya Sthana is Undesirable, since, the Native will be spend Thrift and may not be in a Position to Save. Assumptions are Left to your Knowledge and Intelligence. Lagna should always be Powerful. Comparative Study : - 10th Should be above 25 and 11th Higher than that of 10th, other wise, there may Not be Scope for Gain. 12th should be Lesser than 10th and 11th, otherwise, there wont be any Savings. Lagna should be the Highest with reference to 10th and 11th and 12th Houses . 2nd House, Dhana , Kudumba Vakku sthana should also be above 25 otherwise where is the Income ?. 6th house Enemy and Health.
