SA -- SEVERE WEATHER WARNING for DAMAGING WINDS For people in the Lower South East and parts of the Upper South East districts. Issued at 9:18 am Friday, 21 March 2014. Strong to gale force winds averaging 50-60 km/h, reaching 60-70 km/h at times with gusts of 80-90 km/h, are forecast in the warning area during the next several hours. Locations which may be affected include Mount Gambier, Meningie, Robe and Millicent. Cape Jaffa recorded an average wind speed of 65 km/h with a gust to 82 km/h at 9 am. The State Emergency Service advises that people should: * Move vehicles under cover or away from trees; * Secure or put away loose items around your property. * Stay indoors, away from windows, while conditions are severe.
