BY SANTOSH YADAV Late Shri Nishant ji was an IAS Trainee Officer of 2013 Batch, who met untimely death due to road accident in the early hours of 6th Nov 2013 in Punjab, where he was on village visit under foundation course training in LBSNAA (IAS Academy) Mussoorie. For your information , Shri Nishantji was very polite and hard working person who always used to stand for the cause & needs of others. He was selected for the Civil Services Exam 2012 securing All India Rank 148 and got IAS as service but left this world just after completing about two months of training in the IAS Academy, Mussoorie. His untimely death has caused a great shock to his living mother and other dependents of the family. He left this world leaving tears in the eyes of not only the family members & dependents but also those people, who knew him personally as he was very kind hearted person & a very rare kind to find now-a-days.
