***SAD SCARED SENIOR DUMPED WHEN OWNER WAS HOSPITALIZED - PLEASE GRANT JAKE A DEATH ROW PARDON!!!*** Handsome gray tabby & black senior gent JAKE, 10 years old, was surrendered to the hungry jaws of the high-kill ACC when his old owner was HOSPITALIZED. Unfortunately for Jake, the ACC shelter is not at all to his liking, & hes utterly TERRIFIED, so he reacted to the frightening fake hand by hissing, growling, & striking when he was poked & prodded. Youd do EXACTLY the same, if you were in HIS paws! Now poor Jake has been unfairly saddled with New Hope Only, & hes been punished for his fear with a slot on the noon kill list for tomorrow. Scared seniors so rarely make it out of the ACC alive, but lets change those dreadful odds for Jake tonight. Please look past his fear to see the sweet cat hiding inside, waiting until he feels safe & secure to reveal his TRUE colors.
