SAI LEELA OM SAI RAM Sai Sarigamas In My Life Anonymous Devotee from India says In Feb 2013 after the appraisal, I was thinking to quit my job as I was not happy with rating given by manager. I was looking for an opportunity and 1 month passed nothing was working in my favour. In my Company Notice period was 3 months (They don’t even accept for Notice period buy out) and everyone was asking for immediate joiner or who can join in less than 30-40 days. So I decided to submit my resignation and then to resume my Job search. Finally one Thursday, I resigned. 3 Months Passed, by the Grace of Bhagawan. I cleared Interviews in 5 Companies, but only one of them issued the offer letter. Even that was also contract to hire. I called the concerned people and sent remainder mails, but nothing worked out. Finally I decided to Start Parayan. Then see the Miracle of the Lord. At the end of the First day, I received the first offer and on the end of second days parayan, I got the Second job. Exactly at the end of the Parayan, I joined in the New Company. If you trust Him, He will help you to cross all the hurdles. All you need to do is stop worrying and have a firm faith on His feet. Here I would like to narrate 1 interview experiences too. I attended a telephonic interview on my last working day. After that, they called me for face to face interview within 2 days. By His grace, I cleared the interview, but HR was a bit rigid. She was telling me that as I am not upto the mark and can’t offer the package and designation what I have asked. I was fully upset and I was asking in my heart Grandfather (That’s how I call the Lord) why You are doing this to m? Please get me this job with the package and designation I have asked for. On the same day, I left to my home town and on the next day my mobile was switched off. When I switched on the mobile, I got 5-6 Messages from the HR and Friend , who referred me. When I called back HR told me that they are offering me the Package and designation which I have asked. Grand Father, I Love You. I am still in the troubled waters and looking for Your help. Please Guide me to come out of this situation.
