SALES CO-ORDINATOR OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR - Ingleburn • INGLEBURN • JOIN MARKET LEADER - HEAVY VEHICLE INDUSTRY National company is seeking an experienced sales co-ordinator to provide administrative support to their sales team who are supplying trailers to the transport industry. The successful person will have previous experience in a sales or service role within the heavy vehicle, automotive or capital equipment industry. Reporting to the Sales Manager,, your responsibilities will include: • Taking sales orders and processing • Liaison with customers to ensure trailer units have been received as per order • Customer service, establishing relationships with internal and external customers • Preparation of weekly and monthly reports • Providing administrative support to sales team • Data entry and word processing • General administration To secure this role you will require the following experience, skills and personal attributes: • Previous experience in sales or service role • Excellent communication skills • Fast and accurate data entry skills • Time management and organisational skills • Enjoy working in a fast moving sales environment • Excellent work ethic, flexible and committed In return our client will offer you the opportunity to work close to home with a national market leader, excellent working conditions, attractive salary package and a great team environment.
