SALON MANAGER (LICENSED BARBER) OPENING: Florida Technical College is hiring a Salon Manager for the DeLand Campus located on Woodland Blvd. The Salon Manager will be in charge of booking clients and checking them out as well as overseeing all services performed in the salon. The candidate for this position must be a Barber and have extensive knowledge in all areas to include: color, chemicals, styling, and hair cutting. When there are no clients in the salon, the Salon Manager will be in charge of teaching Mini Classes, so the students are constantly engaged and learning. Salon Manager will also open opportunities for the work with students that work Friday and Saturdays to gain extern hours.
