SAM GEORGE, COMMUNICATIONS CONSUTANT TO PREZ JOHN MAHAMA AND OTHERS, SUED FOR GHC100 MILLION IN DEFAMATION SUIT 1. Ken Ofori-Atta filed a defamation case today at the High Court against Sam George, a Communications Consultant at the Presidency, and Radio Gold. 2. Sam George has falsely alleged that Ken Ofori-Atta was evading taxes and does not pay taxes...and then gets up and wants to OccupyGhana. 3. He also stated that Ken was engaged in fraudulent business activities. 4. Sam Georges comments were made on Alhaji & Alhaji on October 18th, 2014 on Radio Gold 90.5fm 5. Radio Gold did not contact Ken to verify or get his side of the story. 6. The claim is for, amongst other things, 100 million Ghana Cedis against Sam George and Radio Gold. 7. Ken claims Sams comments has denigrate his image and reputation.
