SAOR ALBA The pro- Unionist media are now only reflecting what is and has been happening for some time now. The Scots are beginning to realise that this union is all but over, as the Unionists cannot provide any convincing reasons why Scotland should, in the 21st Century, continue to allow our next door neighbour, to run our household budget. Nor can they continue to convince us why exactly, Scotlands largest city should be so close to essentially, Englands Nuclear deterrent. Can Scotland fire Trident missiles ? Nor can they convince the Scots why exactly, we should allow our next door neighbour to continue raping Scotlands natural resources, when for decades and generations they have been telling us that we are subsidy junkies. There is no reason for a small, resource rich, energy rich nation like Scotland to stay in a so-called union where we seldom, if at all, get the Government that we in Scotland voted for, and where Scotland cannot, if it chooses independence, get the Government that it actually voted for, every time, without exception. For the first time in Scotlands long history, the Scottish People will have true democratic representation, and self determination. Who would deny us that right ? The Unionists ? The wheels have come off that Unionist bandwagon, so much so, that many are deserting the Unionist camp, in favour of a Yes vote. Who can blame them ? The no campaign doesnt even believe their own propaganda, and the pro-Unionist media are finally beginning to realise that the games a bogey, as they watch the YES vote rising daily. Oddschecker puts the proportion of bets being placed currently as : Yes 61.14%. No 38.86%. Two bookmakers, William Hill and Bet Fred are now offering 2/1 on a YES vote, slashed from 6/1 only three months ago. Scotland has had enough of London Rule, London-Centric policies, spending, infrastructure, jobs, house prices, media... and all else besides. And let us be clear here - Scotland is not going it alone, separating or voting for isolation, outwith Europe - England is, given their hostility toward Europe and an imminent referendum that could take Scotland out too, in yet another perceived democratic deficit. Scotland is joining the small independent nations of the World, not separating from the World. As Winnie Ewing once said, Stop the World - Scotland wants to get on. What is amazing, is not that we finally are, its that it took us so long. England essentially robbed us blind, with, lets be honest, the complicit acquiescence and negligence of the trusted so-called scottish Labour Party, as an impoverished Scotland watched helplessly as its oil and gas revenues flowed in a something-for-nothing manner, straight to the London Treasury, for the last 40 odd years, in a McCrone type collusive silence. End it Scotland. Thanks-for-nothing Ms Lamont and so-called scottish Labour (run from and for London) Scotland knows now where your true allegiance lies, and its not with the Scottish People - Its with continued London Rule.
