Today i carry chair sidon for front of Sapele Police Station dey look the fence wey one man for Sapele just sidon do alone to show appreciation of wetin our DPO Rijau Manmam do for am when dem two meet for Warri. I know say many people go dey wonder wetin happen wey make Police fence deir surrounding. Well i hear one person dey talk d other day for T.M Richard Continental Hotel say, if Police wey suppose to dey protect Humans and properties fit fence deir Office wey guns and bullects dey nai be say our own fence for our Houses suppose high pass Sapele Prison own. I laugh becos who nor go nor go know. Now make i throway d matter for ground make we reason am small dis morning becos my heart heavy well well and i still dey think wetin i wan do. Na ATand P nai build dis our Sapele Main Police Station for early 50s wen dem donate am the land owners due to the request of some key Chief wey Sapene in those days as part of d company Civic responsibilities to enhance and equip the environment very well. Na since dis era nai that building stand gidigba as Sapele Main Police Station. When DPO Rijau Manmam cum Sapele,e come look d environment very well nai e decide to do something meaningful to beautify the environment before e go receive e transfar letter again. When e dey warri e cum meet one man wey dem dey call Mr Tony Orewa and dis man just loose him Hilux to armed robbers and e really need help. Where e for dey complain give DPO Rijau Manmam, the DPO cum dey feel the man pains over he new Hilux wey e just loose,so he cum assure the Mr Tony say e go helep am,but make e go House as na God hand nai e dey. My people na so DPO Rijau Manmam cum enter road with him Boys as dem start investigation immediately and after a series of checks dem come recover the Hilux and DPO just call dis Mr Tony Orewa to cum collect him Hilux without say e nor collect single money from the man indiscriminately. So when dis two persons cum meet for Sapele again,dem cum choose to be friends,so dis Mr Tony Orewa cum talk say wetin e go do for DPO over the good wey him do for am that time for Warri,so DPo Rijau Manmam cum tell our Mr Tony Orewa say e get some major plans to renovate Sapele Police Station but e lack the funds,so Mr Tony cum tell DPO to outline the things wey e wan do. Na for there nai Mr Tony Orewa cum select the Building Of fence and the renovation of the entrance of the Police Station wey dey outdated for so many years now. When i first see say dem dey fence Police Station i cum fear almost pack commot from Sapele,becos i cum dey feel say na becos of Hausa/Fulani people wey dey many by numbers everyday for Sapele and Delta State. I come see say dis DPO Rijau Manmam na builder and he don really do some infastructural developments for e former places wey e for don be DPO,including the Ekpan Police Station wey e from cum as he leave e foot print,so na dis same foot print nai e cum do again for Sapele,so make we nor fear say,becos say Police dey fence deir surrounding meaning say we nor safe again. On a normal day,our Police Station nor suppose be pendenstral route for Traders or passersby,becos anything can happen. When i cum sidon call our DPO interview am on the plans wey e get for Sapele Police Station,e cum also frown say na dsame upstairs wey dem dey detain Criminals,wey DCO office dey,Sergents Offices dey nai him DPO still dey. So e plans now na to build a new DPO office with new foundation outside this normal building wey don dey ground since 50s. So make we try accept dis change becos d only thing wey dey constant na change and dis one na positive change wey go make our Police Station dey beautiful. Now the moral lessons wey dey dis update na the good name wey dis our DPO carry cum nai give am dis kind gesture wey our Government nor fit do since to protect our security agents. Today i sleep for ground raise my two hands up dey roll for ground dey thank Mr Tony Orewa unbehalf of the DPO and the Sapele community at large. I use Hon. Julius Egbedi,Hon. Monday Igbuya,Hon. Austine Ayemidejor,Hon. Paulinus Akpeki and all other Political Officers wey cum from Sapele becos u be Boss and as you be now u be my Chairman.
