SATA HIRES NEPHEW AS PS FOR MUCHINGA Ailing dictator President Michael Sata has now appointed his nephew Chanda Kasolo as the new Permanent Secretary for Luapula province with immediate effect. Mr. Kasolo is also the chairman for Sata financial conduit for his Muchinga province organisation called Muchinga Development Foundation which is involved in huge contracts with ggovernment. Luapula province has had no PS for sometime now and so far no single PS has lasted more than two months since Sata became president in 2011. In a total joke of a government, the last PS for Luapula, comedian Ben Phiri, only lasted for a few hours and was dismissed even before he traveled to the area. Sata is well known for appointing his relatives to all the key government jobs.
