States own collection was jus Rs.40,000 crores against estimates of Rs.45,000 crores. Since Gujarat is an industrial state it is expected to at least collect 30% of SGDP or Rs.240,000 crores, avoidable leakage is Rs.1,70,000 crores. Average loss for 10 years – Not Considering Drought and Bhuj Earth Quake years at average of Rs.50,000 crores is Rs.5,00,000 crore Scam. 5.] Rs.5,00,000 Crore Equity Scam People of Gujarat have no equity in companies worth Rs.10,00,000 Cr nor get any Dividend and wages too are negligible over 14 years is well over Rs.500,000 Cr scam. 6.] Rs.100,000 Crores Solar Power Renewable Scam Gujarat entered in to long term contracts to buy Solar Power at Rs.15 per unit – around 28% is lost in T&D and cost of supply and taxes means consumers are Charged Rs.25 per unit. 7.] Rs.100,000 crores Excess Power Generation T&D Capacity. Due to huge surplus capacity over 10,000 MW of thermal power is Under Utilized – load factor is under 50% against 90% desired. Similarly CAG reported 56,000 MW of Transmission Capacity against 25,000 MW desired. This is Rs.10,000 crores Loss to Gujarat as Fixed Charges for Excess Generation, Transmission & Distribution capacity. Over 10 years is Rs.100,000 crores Loss. 8.] Rs.100,000 crores ADANI Loss Every year ADANI traders procure Rs.20,000 crores worth of Food Products – Oil Seeds, Spices, Groundnut, Pulses, Foodgrains etc that are retailed at 2-4 times purchase cost from own or other stores & shops. Even if we assume Rs.20,000 crore to Rs.30,000 crores of Undeclared Profits Margins that genuinely belongs to Farmers and Consumers at average of Rs.10,000 crores for 10 years Rs.100,000 Cr ADANI Scam. 9.] Rs. 50,000 Crores Substandard Gujarat Railways Scam Railway Network in Gujarat is worst in the world Mix of Broad Gauge, Meter & Narrow Gauge. When over 50 million passengers are served by Indian Railways – considering 7% of GDP contribution 3.5m Gujaratis ought be served by Cheap Railway service every day but passengers served is not even 1 million. 2.5m people paying Rs.20 more average per day is Rs.5 crore daily loss or Rs.1800 Cr annual loss – over 14 years is Rs.25,200 crores Scam.
