****SCARED AND SHAKING IN NEED OF MEDICAL HELP**** Little Willy apparently has a disc injury and sadly, his people can’t afford the MRI and treatment that their vet said he’ll need. So he’s sitting in a cage at Manhattan ACC, shaking, scared and hurting. And ACC assumes nobody would want this scared little guy and they’ve put him on tomorrow’s euthanasia list. But do read his owner notes—this is a wonderful family dog who’s lived in harmony with kids, who’s friendly towards strangers and other dogs, who is housetrained and wee wee pad trained and was clearly a valued member of the household. So tonight, Willy needs to find that one person out there who will work with a rescue to get him the MRI he needs and the treatment he needs. If you’re ready to nurse this sweetheart back to health and to help him stop being so scared, start working with a rescue to foster or adopt Willy. And if you can’t adopt or foster, consider pledging to help defray the cost of the care he’ll need.
