SCHOOLS: Clover School District meeting today about big future plans. The projects are: -new elementary school -new (replacement) middle school for Clover Middle School -renovate Clover Middle to develop a 9th grade academy on the Clover High School campus -safety and aesthetic improvements to Memorial Stadium including adding synthetic playing surfaces on 3 fields -a joint effort with the YMCA to build an aquatics center with a fitness center, gym and an outdoor water park The district is planning for a referendum in the spring asking voters to support the plan.
