Back on the TBD list, the pictures of Screech show a young dog whos never had much in his life reaching out for love. Hes a GOOD DOG, volunteers love him for his sweet nature and goofy playfulness, hes their go-to-guy for easy walks and soft cuddles, but despite getting very good scores on a lot of his behavior rating, and being tailwagging friendly with the helper dog, hes slapped with a NH rating for resource guarding. Hey, look at how thin he is! BORDERLINE EMACIATED Its surely understandable that he didnt want anyone touching his things in this place. He needs the security that a loving and committed home will provide. What a great companion he will make. So Screech needs a kind heart to commit, NOW, to New Hope rescues, to foster/adopt him. If you cant do that, please share and network to help make Screech safe and give him something more than the very little care and affection hes had so far.
