This unit covers the entering and working in confined spaces in the resources and infrastructure industries. The delivery mode selected supports the development of the practical skills and theoretical knowledge required to support the achievement of competency in this course. Face to face classroom delivery will be used to facilitate the underpinning knowledge requirements. This unit is appropriate for those entering and working in confined spaces for the purpose of carrying out work or inspections and also is appropriate for those performing sentry or stand-by person roles.
