******SCUPA monthly lunch meeting****** The next SCUPA lunch meeting is scheduled for Thursday, August 8, 2013, beginning at 12:30 p.m., at the Poinsett Club, 807 East Washington Street, Greenville. Please RSVP to Sarah Garst ([email protected]), with your menu choice, by Noon on Monday, August 5, 2013. The speaker is Joy Peterson with AWR Court Reporting. Her topic will be “Effective Case Management.” The menu choices are as follows: 1. Chicken a l’orange - A sautéed breast of chicken in a sweet and tangy sauce with crispy sliced almonds 2. Shepherd’s pie - A casserole of seasoned ground beef with garden vegetables topped with buttery mashed potatoes and cheddar cheese 3. Vegetable Spaghetti - Imported durum wheat spaghetti , zucchini and asparagus tips in a rich tomato sauce with fresh herbs and shavings of Pecorino Romano cheese. The cost for members is $15, student members is $13.50 and non-members is $20.
