SECURITY AT STAKE... Date: 19.09.2013 Time: 8.30pm Venue: Infront of Health Centre A guy walking down the lane and talking over phone. A bike comes in full flow, a hand snatches his mobile, the guy falls down n get hold of the bike n the biker did not stop but dragged him for 50 meters. He at the end cries out in pain and his grip loosened up and finally leaves the bike. Date: 19.9.2013 Time: 8pm A similar incident happend to an another guy in front of the Rajiv gandhi stadium Date: 18.9.2013 Time: Around 8 pm Two guys were stopped by a bike. The bike riders got down and took out knife and asked for money and went away with money and valuables. All the incidents are happening inside the campus at a very decent time. My point is "Where is the security??" And why our university is spending such a huge amount on them. I mean what is the need of the security then. Only thing they can do is blowing whistle when they see a guy talking to a girl or after 10pm as a notice that now u guys must be going and the gals entering their respective hostels. No one is safe inside the campus. neither me nor you. If you are reading this please come and join our hands for a PROTEST tomorrow 20.09.13 INFRONT OF AD BLOCK at 2 PM. We are going to talk to VC about it. Please come not for me or the guys who lost their valuables but for urself. Who knows you may be the next target...
